There was an issue with delivery which I believe not to wholly be FFX's fault even though I feel the Website was misleading or even inaccurate. FFX redeemed themselves somewhat though with the outstanding customer services who did everything in their powers to help me and where great, very polite and professional. I will be a returning customer.

I ordered FFX hammer screws and the boxes were sellotaped together.The tape damaged the boxes....no need for the sellotape!!!Poor packaging.

Service form FFX was really good. Got fast email responses on stock-outs and ordering from Ness in customer services - sadly has become quite a rarity to find a knowledgable, helpful person in such roles - well done FFX.Would like to say that the warehouse/packing staff should pay more attention to product defects - my Faithful Gouge chisel came with a burr to the bevelled edge - clearly visible. Perhaps it was dark, perhaps they were rushed? I would order Fromm FFX again though Bec was the overall experience was a good one.

The item came with no batteries which was included in the tool I purchased.

A good product at a good price and delivered very quickly. My only slight disappointment was the length of the individual ties. I may need to join two together to gain the length required, but they are still a good purchase.

Quick delivery quality product and great customer service

I cancelled the order minutes after placing as I noticed the discount had not been applied email sent with it explained all this. You rejected the cancellation. Now I have to send it back for a refund. Waste of time and effort on both parties.

The reason for the 3 stars. I ordered a trend corner chisel which did not arrive. When I finally got in touch to chase up this item, I was told that this item would not be arriving until late February. If they had decency to tell me this earlier, I wouldn't have bothered with the order. Now you can see why I gave you 3 stars.
